large e-mail stuck in outbox

I inadvertently sent a large movie file 69mb in outlook and now it is stuck
there. I tried to delete it but it wouldn't allow me to do so.
Any ideas?

As posted here pretty frequently - a search would have turned up a large
number of responses -

Click File and check Work Offline. Close and then restart Outlook. Delete
the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.

down in the tray by First right clicking the emailing icon down in the tray
and getting the pop-up box. click on "cancel sending".Then going to the
outbox listed on the left of screen under folders, highlighting the message
and now press delete. I found the first step has to be done before it can be
deleted.
