Large file size from jpeg import

What is the best way to avoid this? I understand that Visio converts to BMP, but there must be some way to prep the image to avoid the file size growth? (Is this resolved in Visio 2003?) Thanks.

Jon,

This is resolved in Visio 2003, which maintains the jpeg compression. I
don't know of a way to avoid this in previous versions.
