Using Windows XP home, Outlook 2000.
Somebody can send e-mail to two people. One receives just
fine. The other, everything prints huge.
I have gone through everything the knowledge base articles
say to, and still, it is large.
It also affects any attachments sent. I try to print them.
They open in word, and then print huge print.
Any suggestions or experience with this?
Here is what I have tried:
in Outlook: Tools, Options, Other, I changed the font to
8pt.
Also in Outlook: I changed the current view to 8pt.
Somewhere in Outlook I found change row size. i verified
it was small.
In IE I went to view and set text size.
I tried to look in accessibilty, but did not find a font
size option...
And, I went into word to see what the default text size
is. Other docs print fine. Just items received in e-mail
are large.
