Large Format Printing PRoblems

I have a drawing that is Architectural E-size. When I go to set up my plotter (HP 1150cp), it always sets it up prtrait style. I cannot choose landscape. When I click on the lanscape orientation, nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Visio 2003 and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the plotter.
