Large Format Printing

I have a Xerox 8825 large format printer at my facility.
It can print up to ANSI E size (36" X 48"). I have tried
to print Word documents and Excel sheets on this printer
up to this size without success. The print or table only
uses 8.5 X 11 of the sheet even though I tell it to print
to the largest paper size available. What do I have to do
in order to print documents up to ANSI E or 36" X 48"?

In MS Publisher I can print up to that size but only on
multiple sheets, is there a way to tell it to print only
one one sheet and use that size?

Please let me know. Send your replies to
(e-mail address removed). I appreciate any help you can give.

Make sure that the paper size is specified both in the application, e.g.
Word and for the printer.
