large outgoing attachments

I am looking for software that will integrate with outlook so when I try to
send attachments larger then 4.9MB's (I have a block on out going emails
larger then 5MB's) it will get sent to a web server and email the recipient
a url for the file to be downloaded.

I have looked at
http://www.leapfile.com/
http://www.yousendit.com/
and OutDisk File Drop (uses FTP which is fine but it does not work with
vista)

They are all pretty good but very expensive because the files are hosted on
their file servers. I would like something I can customize and use my own
webserver. Any help would be great thanks.
