Large picture size

I've written a report for work which contains a large number of graphics.
Everything was fine until recently when one of the graphiczs must have been
pasted in as a bmp and has blown the filesize out from 15 to 50MB. Any
clues on how I can identify the offending graphic so I can reduce this to a
more manageable file size??
