larger field size

I am using a textbox, but there is a limit of 255 for the field size. The question I have is there anything I can do to make the field size unlimited or at least a lot larger

A text box in a control on a form or report and generally doesn't limit the
amount of characters entered. The table's field size can be set to Memo to
allow thousands of characters.
