larger font in incoming messages in Outlook

I would like larger font on incoming e-mail messages. Rather than doing this
on an one-by-one basis, is there a setting where it can be done automatically?

For HTML and Rich Text messages, the font size on initial display will be
whatever the sender has set. For Plain Text messages, you can set the font
size with Tools, Options, Mail Format, Stationery and Fonts, Composing and
Reading Plain text messages.
