Last Name First

R

Ron Brimmer

I am having problem getting my Last Name First when I go
to my TO: I have check all my settings and they are
correct. I had this problem once before years ago but
misplaced the email.

If I remember right it was a CMD to refresh the listing
in my address book once I went to TO: menu.

Thanks,

You checked all what settings?
What Outlook version?

Depending on your version and mail support mode of Outlook, you can sort the
Outlook Address Book this way (check for your mode on the second line of the
Help menu > About):

97, 98/2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode:
Tools menu > Services > Highlight the Outlook Address Book service > Click
Properties > Set sort order

98/2000 Internet Mail Only:
Tools menu > Address Book > View menu > Sort by

Outlook 2002/2003:
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
