Last record not showing up on report?

I created a report and it is based off of a query from the main table and a
few queries. Everything is good except the date. I have a query that pulls
the last date, last notes and last contact type. For some reason it is
pulling the last contact type and not the last date? I know this is alot
with what I am asking but I am stuck. I have checked the table, put the date
in front of the contact type. I have reviewed the query and nothing looks
crazy there. The sub form that is in the original form that is used to put
information in shows the contact type in alphabetical order and the dates are
not A to Z, they are mixed up. Is there something in the sub form or form
that is causing this? The forms table is correct as far as collecting the
data.... I am confused........

I'm not aware of anything in Access that would cause a form/subform to fail
to display something, unless there were a filter applied.

First, can you run the query by itself and get the values you expect?

If not, consider posting the SQL statement and a description of the
underlying data it is drawing from.
