last saved Baseline Date

How do I capture the last saved Baseline Date in a project plan and set a
Project level Date Field (say Enterprise Project Date1) to be equal to it ?.

I have struggled to find a way to do this with a formula.

If it is not in the list of fields available in the formula builder, then it
almost always isn't possible. I don't think the date the Baseline is set is
even available via VBA.
