Where? Are you talking about a database? If so, you would need to tell us
the structure of your databse. Do you store anything when you "use" an
email address?

Help us out here, we can't see your computer.

Hi Rick. Thanks for the message. I just store emails and contacts using
Outlook. The normal pst file and csv file. txs.

This is an ACCESS newsgroup, not an OUTLOOK newsgroup. We help people
design tables in Access databases.
