Hi,
I have a problem whereby a single user is getting late
(or no) reminders. The client is XP with Office XP and
the Exchange servers are 2000.
I have tried the Cleanfreebusy and clean reminders. I
have even tried removing his domain account and mailbox,
recreating them and restoring his data from a .pst
The last article I read suggested logging onto his
mailbox with exchange client and deleting the calendar
and usinf the cleanfolders ( or whatever the switch is to
regenerate them) BUT I haven't been able to find a copy
of exchange client online and the NT4 version doesn't
work in XP. The cleanfreebusy and clean reminders seem to
work but only for a short time and then it reoccurs.
Anyone have any ideas or know where I can get exchange
client before I punt this one up to our 4th line support
(MS themselves)?
