latest critical microsoft updates

[Confused about update message]

I keep getting a recurring message in my updates reminder saying:
"your computer does not have the latest critical Microsft Office updates.
Click 'fix it' to open update page"
When I open page and check, it tells me that I am up to date and no updates
are needed at this time.
Why am is it telling me I need a critical update, when I don't?

What program are you using that is telling you about this? Inventory Tool?

Dell Support. It tells me when my computer needs updates or if there are
some available.
