Hi, Folks.
Article # 5 in my series on Total Project Control has just been
published on the Projects@Work magazine website. The full series of
articles is "The Value-Abled Project", "Moneyproject", "Time is a
Crook!", "Delay Tactics", and now "DRAG Racing on the Critical Path",
which provides critical new CPM scheduling metrics. The whole series
can be found at:
http://www.projectsatwork.com/departments/methods-means/
The site requires registration, but it's free. And there are many
interesting articles there beyond my own!
If you read the last article, "DRAG Racing on the Critical Path", I
urge you to read the reviews/criticisms at the end -- I think they add
considerably to comprehension of the concepts. If you have any
comments/questions, you can raise them on the site or in this thread --
I'd love to discuss!
Fraternally in project management,
Steve the Bajan
