Latest Office Developer Suite ???

I have been away in the Unix world. Lost touch with Microsoft products.

So, which version is the latest Microsoft Office. XP or 2003 ? Is there
a Develooper Edition? Or can Office Professional do the what Developer
editions use to do.

My goal is to pick up the latest office suite and learn and provide
solutions with it.

Office 2003 is the newer version.

This site will tell you the about the different editions and what's in them.
and no, there is no "developer" edition.

I have to be honest with you. I'd be a bit leery about someone who says he
wants to provide solutions for others (probably for a fee) but doesn't know
what the latest version of Office is or how to search Microsoft's site. All
you'd have to do is to go to Microsoft.com and click on the link for Office
to get your answers.

And being away in "Unix world" is no excuse for not doing your research.

I can't stand the microsoft.com web page. I avoid it like the plague.
In my opinion, it is trash.

So, if I can find away of getting my answer without using
Microsoft.com. So much the better.

So instead of doing your own research, you're going to depend on others. I
see.
