Latest Office Update Inventory Tool Catalog

I'm trying to download the Office Update Inventory Tool Catalog from this URL:

and while the page itself seems to indicate that the package available here:

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=18842

is the version that was released today, 8/8/06, that does not appear to be
the case. The file that I download looks to be last month's version. Is there
any problems in publishing the new version, or am I doing something wrong?
