Latin Letters

Have you tried looking at your normal.dot file? It
may be that the extraneous character has somehow become
written in your default Word template. If you have not
tried this yet, suggest you do a file search for the
normal.dot file, open it, select all text [CTRL-A],
hit DELETE, and save.

Sorry about this but I have already tried this, but there
is nothing wrong with the "Normal.dot" file. Even if I
overite it with a clean image it still comes up the same.

I think it is some setting within word and outlook but
don't know where.

Wayne
