Launch 2007 Resource kit expiring

H

Hey_nancy

I went to a Microsoft Across America event, received Launch 2007 Resource
Kit. Installed Office 2007 with no problem and used the Key Code inside of
he folder. I am now getting e-mails saying this software is about to expire.
I thought this was Permanent software not a TRIAL Version. Was this supposed
to be Permanent software? Will office 2003 automatically come back or will I
have to manually reload it?

Hi Nancy,

It seems that some of these emails are tied to the date of the download of the trial copy that you then converted to a full copy
with the Launch event code. You may want to try closing all of the Office apps, set your calendar from the clock in the
Windowssystem tray ahead 6 months for a minute then start an Office app to see if it is still functional (then set back the calendar
of course <g>)

I too went to a Microsoft Across America event, got a Launch 2007 Resource Kit, in it, it states don't use the code send by email, but the one in the kit. If you did your Office pro 2007 will not expire. The email code is the one that is expiring. Hope this helps.
