Someone a long time ago created a button on our Outlook contacts that
automatically creates a fax form in Word that includes name, address, phone
and fax numbers. We recently reformatted the fax form but now we're having a
lot of problems with the button. The problem is, nobody knows how it was
created or how it works. Does anyone here have a clue?
