Launch InfoPath Client with /cache clearall switch

Is there any reg key on user machine that I can modify, so everytime user
launches InfoPath client, its cache is clear?

My goal is to either modify reg key so anytime users open any form, IP 2007
client's cache always cleared or create a sch. task that run "c:\program
files\microsoft office\office12\infopath.exe /cache clearall" but that will
launches InfoPath.

Is there a way to keep InfoPath cache clear?

I don't believe there is any way to tell InfoPath to clear each time it is
launched. You'll need to look at one of your other avenues. Maybe a small
app can be written that watches for InfoPath.exe to be launched, and
assuming it's the only copy of it (as to prevent data loss for already open
forms) it clears the cache.
