launch mdb to activate

I have a launch center to launch other applications.
Some mdb is activate and focus after launch, but some is not activate
after launch,

I would like to know any option to setup when the mdb is active after
launch using Shell(MS ACCESS mymdb.mdb)


Your help is great appreciated,
