Launch newsreader in Outlook 2003

Hi all

How do I create a button on my standard toolbar to launch the Newsreader in
Outlook 2003? I appreciate that it actually runs Outlook Express newsreader
with a different face, but I just cannot find the options. I have managed
to create a shortcut on the desktop, but just can't seem to do it in the
toolbar within Outlook.
