Launch OneNote with parameter

Hi all,

1) How to default or pointing to the folder in onenote from another
application where the parameter value is NAME ?

My problem is successfully launch the onenote but not pointing to the
specific (NAME) folder, the pre-created folder is by name. It is always
DEFAULT to OTHER NOTES folder. How to redirect to the name folder
e.g. Folder created in onenote by name UNDER MY NOTEBOOK category
