Launch Outlook Custom Form from intranet

Hello
Was wondering if there is a way to launch a custom
form within outlook from a page on a corporate intranet.
The custom forms are saved in organizational forms
library right now, but I can't figure out a way to access
them from the intranet. Please reply if you know of a
way to do this. Thanks
