Launch problem - where does this question belong?

I've posted this question 3 times and gotten zero (0) responses. Where should I be posting it? Here is the question

Just installed Office 2003 Pro upgrade successfully. However, all apps (Outlook, Excel, Word) stumble every time they launch because they try to install MS MapPoint. They cycle through three attempts requiring about 9 click-throughs, then give up and launch fully. I have an old copy of MapPoint (paid for full retail version - can't find the original cd). How do I get this behavior to stop without uninstalling MapPoint
