launch the link tables wizard in Access 2007

Hi,
How can launch the link tables wizard in Access 2007, knowing that i tried
to use the below code but it gives me error as I'm using a mde file:
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdImportAttachAccess

I tried this and it worked but on a .accde file so you might have to test on
an .mde

DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdLinkedTableManager
