Launching a Marketing Campaign error

Is anyone else getting an error when attempting to launch a Marketing
Campaign? There are no details to the error, just that BCM can't perform the
action, try again later. I have 2007 working on an XP. I haven't downloaded
any Office Service Packs yet.
