Launching MS Project Pro 2003 from EPM SharePoint site..

Does anyone know how I could customize my EPM project site created in
SharePoint (Version 2.0 - EPM 2003) so that I could launch MS Project 2003
Professional from either a hyperlink or a button on the page?

Ideally I would like to be able to open up the specific project plan that my
project site references, but I'll even settle just to start MS Project 2003
Pro.

I don't want to use the canned project center for this..

Any ideas...?
