launching outlook from a email address in a form data entry from Access?

Hi all and thanks in advance

Is there a way that I can get Access to launch Outlook from email
address I enter in a data record field on a form?

We sometimes have to email people files and we record the peron's
details in Access, so instead of copying the email address and then
open Outlook and then attached seperate word document, I would like to
be able to just click on the field data (the email address and do it
that way.

Hope this makes sense.
