Launching Pivot Tables Automaticaly or from a menu

When I click on my Pivot Table It opens in a small window that dosnt show all the fields, I have to double click on it or click on Edit Pivot Table Object, then I have to manualy Refresh the Data. Is it possible for me to automate this in some way so that its more user friendly. I tried using Macros to do it but the OpenForm Action left me with the same problem.
