Laurent Longre's MOREFUNC.XLL add-in

Is there any reason for me to think that this add-in
could possibly cause a computer to crash? I had one
crash shortly after I installed the add-in (when they
turned on the computer--they weren't using the add-in).
I see it recommended frequently, so I'm supposing it's
fairly safe, but would rather have some other
reassurances to give this person before I reload it.
Thanks!

Is this user's PC configured to use Dr Watson to create error logs when
things go wrong? If so, this user may have such a file in their Windows
directory. I forget the base filename, but the extention is .LOG. If
MOREFUNC.XLL were the cause of the crash, it'd be mentioned in the error
log.

If there's no error log, was the user installing MOREFUNC.XLL by downloading
the installer .EXE and running it locally or opening it straight from the
web site? How about repeating the process - uninstall it and reinstall it
and see if there's another crash.

FWIW, I've never had a problem with MOREFUNC.XLL, and so far I've used it on
six different PCs with various versions of Windows.
