Layers on pages

Hi all,

Question im hoping someone can help me with .
I have pages that are using images as the main background of the page. So I
can get certain bits of information on the page im using layers.
problem im having is the layers seemed lined up and correct on my screen.
But say I open even the help side bar all seems to go out of alignment. If I
also upload to the web server and then view say at a different resolution
again the layers seem to have moved.

Could some one possibly offer any advice or assistance on what my problem
could be and how to fix.

Layers do not usually move, but the rest of the page (not in layers)
will move around as the browser is resized or fonts changed. Text in
layers may be mangled by changing font sizes - and you cannot prevent
users from changing text sizes.
