Layout and Design Options

I have PP 2007 on a new laptop and have a question regarding Layout and
Design options on slides. I am trying to put toget a power point program to
run on our closed TV channel and would like to have the slides displayed with
different layouts and designs and colors. When I attempted to do this all
the slide in the show changed. I don't want uniformity across the slides.
Can someone detail how to create slides within same presentation with
different layouts and design/colors. Thanks.

PPt 2007 is for the Windows OS so you shouldn't expect to get an answer in
the Mac PPt group... But here it is

Select the one or more slides to be affected then right-click the design &
select Apply to Selected Slides. Most features can be selectively applied in
a similar fashion, but it may vary depending on feature.
