Layout in printing phone book

I have seen the following layout in a printed phone book:
Smith, John ........................................ Bus 123-4567
Home
246-7890
(the "B" in Bus and the "H" in Home are directly under each other...

The closest I can get to in Outlook 2002 is:
Smith, John
Bus 123-4567
Home 246-7890

How do I print the first layout?
Thanks in advance

That should be:
Smith, John ..................................... Bus 123-4567
Home
246-7890

Any time you want something other than what Outlook prints, consider
performing a mail merge to Word. That will give you complete control over
the formatting of the final output. Use the catalog format for a phone book
listing and use tabs to place the phone fields where you want them.
