Layout is a mess

using a blank web page I choose Microsoft Publisher Design Gallery/ Web Reply
Forms/Order Form. I inserted this order form onto the blank page. Then
exported as a web page. Then viewed in IE 6.0.26. Publisher looks great.
IE layout is a mess. The order form is grouped together. I put a box around
the order form, locked the aspect ratio, and the groped the box with the
order form. No luck.

1) How do I keep the order form intact when view on IE6?
2) Also, is there a way to add to the order form a feature allowing one to
attache a file that will also be emailed with the order form?

Thanks.

You don't state what version you are using, but, from a few dropped hints
I'll assume it's 2002 SP1+.
That version does have a known and documented issue with grouped form
controls in the html output.
Resolution- ungroup all controls.

Your second question- no. No version of Publisher supports that.
