We need a clearer and more detailed description of what you need. We can't
see your screen from here, and "It is still not working" does not tell me
enough to guess what is wrong.
On the View menu, which items are checked?

The status bar, horizontal and vertical scroll bars have been updated. I ran
all updates and restarted my computer. It is still not working though.
