Layout Tables and Cells Display Issue

Hello,

Would someone be kind enough to help me with a problem that has suddenly
cropped up. the url is http://www.westcoastmopar.org. The Home Page
displays the rounded corners and drop shadows properly but other pages like
the For Sale page do not. I noticed references to my hard drive in the
source code and wonder if that could be the problem, and how do I correct it?
This just recently happened, it was working ok for a few weeks. Thanks, Ralph

I din't see any pages that were missing anything. However, if you have links
(such as image references) that point to your hard drive, that is most
likely caused by editing a page in the web without opening the web first.
FrontPage can edit individual HTML documents, or work with webs. When you
open a web, FrontPage assumes that all links are relative to the web.
Otherwise, when opening an individual document without a web opened,
FrontPage has no way of knowing the web site context of the document.

Kevin, thank you for looking, but I am seeing the boxes with x's when I look
at the For Sale page with IE and they a plainly missing with Netscape. How
do I remove the references to my hard drive on all of those pages since they
seem to be what the problem is because only those pages are having display
problems? I wonder if I didn't save my rounded coner gif's to the right
folder and I always use Open Site when working on my local version of it, is
that correct? Thanks, Ralph

The images are missing on 2 pages that I can see (For Sale.htm and Event
Info.htm). What those 2 pages have in common is a page file name that
contains spaces. That's illegal according to standard web naming
conventions. Try renaming those pages to remove the spaces and proceed
as you were instructed ....editting in an open Web and recalculate
links. Not an FP user myself but what the heck. It might work.

ot it, Kevin pointed me in the right direction and I found 26 references to
my hard drive on each page of the web. Using the Find and Replace feature it
took about an hour to repair, save and re-publish the affected pages...Once
again the good people of the disscussion group to the rescue...Thanks, Ralph

Ah, that explains why I didn't find any "file:" references when I looked
again!

Glad everything is working for you.
