.lbl file entries

I am using access 2002 with a back end database. On my
front end (where each user has there own .mdw) I notice on
one application my .lbl has two entries when I log onto
access. i.e.,
MachineName UserName MachineName UserName

All other apps have only
MachineName UserName

Any ideas,
