LDAP directory is unavailable (52)

When I am composing an email and I click on "to" so I can
select an address form my contacts, a box appears that
says: LDAP directory is unavailable (52). When I click on
ok it allows me to select which directory that I want to
choose my contact from. I would like this to stop. I just
want to click on "to", select my contact, and continue
writing my email.
Also when I open Outlook a box appears titled "Microsoft
LDAP directory", which has my "connection details." it
says my server name is "NULL" and user name is
also "NULL." I can not change either.
I've installed the program on 5 computers and this is
happening on only 1 of them. Are these two items related?
How do I fix them, please?

Are we to assume you do not use an LDAP? IF so, remove it and replace it
with the Outlook Address Book.
