I recently installed MS Office Basic on a computer that had
a previous installation of a MS Office Suite installed.
My problem is that when I open Outlook I get a dialog box
referring to LDAP (I am at another location & can't recall
exactly what it said) with NULL in one of the entry boxes.
I installed exactly the same MS Office Basic (I had
purchased two products) and it opens as it is supposed to
without any dialog boxes prior to opening Outlook.
How do I get rid of the LDAP dialog box so that Outlook
opens straightway without interuption?
I am supposing that there is something residual from the
previous MS Office Suite installation that is causing this.
I had to uninstall the Suite because I don't know where
the software came from & didn't have the COA either.
Thanks,
RLM
