LDAP problem

I am using office XP (SP2) and windows 2K. I have added
the ldap info and it does appear in my email accounts.
However, it does not appear in the list to search. I can
only see address book ----->contacts in the drop down
list.

I have confirmed that all the LDAP parameters have been
entered correctly and other users have no problem using
the LDAP under similar conditions.

Any help is appreciated.
