LDAP Problem

I switched over to a new 2003 Active Directory server.
I changed all my Outlook clients 2003 and 2000 to use the LDAP server for
the address book.
Now everytime the LDAP server to accessed we are getting a POP that says.
"LDAP Referral Received" click ok and everything works fine.
Any idea how/why this started popping up and how to stop this popup.
