LDAP search and attribute "company"

Hi,

I have my OpenLDAP server up and running, and I have the OpenLDAP server
defined in Outlook 2003 so that name searches work fine.

When I try to search on "Company", however, I'm not getting any results,
even though many of the entries in the OpenLDAP server have "o" attributes
set.

1. What LDAP attribute does the "Company" field query in Outlook 2003?
2. If the answer to question 1. is "o", then why are my "Company" searches
not returning any results?
