Ldap servers_yahoo people search

Hi need some help I'm trying to get my "who is" and "yahoo" directory
services to accumulate info but they aren't responding where or how do I get
the ldap servers from? I do not know if outlook has discontinued the
services entirely...any help would be great glen <[email protected]>
