We have an LDAP server at work and our email is on an Exchange server. I
configured a separate Directory Service for the LDAP server using
Tools->Accounts. Also, in my Exchange Configuration, I setup the same LDAP
server in the Directory Services tab.
So now if I click Tools->Directory Services, I see two servers with exactly
the same configuration.
However, if I search using the LDAP configuration, it works. But, if I use
the LDAP within my email, it doesn't return any results. As a result, my
"Check Names" never works.
How do I get Entourage to use the LDAP configuration ? I've also set it as
default. Is it getting messed up because my LDAP server is different from my
Exchange server ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
