Hello,

Upon accessing a page that looks to database a file with .ldb
extension is being created in the fpdb folder. I believe is some what
this is a locked database which is not allowing the database to be
accessed and locking up the page which is trying to pull the info

How can I fix this?

You don't have to do worry about or do anything with this
file...but delete it if you want. Access creates this 1KB
(L)ocking (D)ata(B)ase file when the database is open and
removes it when the database is closed -- Access uses it
to 'manage' stuff.

If you're having problems adding/updating/viewing records
from an Access database, the LDB file isn't the issue,
look for something else.
