Greetings,
I'm running Access '03 on XP pro and when I open an .mdb
file (not exclusive) and save changes Access creates
a .ldb file in the same folder. However, it does not
delete this .ldb when I close the .mdb or Access.
I am the only one using the machine, I am the admin with
all permissions to all folders, including delete
persmission to this folder within "MyDocuments" folder. I
delete files and folders in there all the time. However,
the .ldb will not allow me to delete, saying the file is
in use. And I cannot then open the .mdb either, getting
the same "in use" message.
Anyone have any idea what's wrong?
regards,
steven
