.ldb files

I have a Windows NT server that is accessible to 17
employees. I have a small MS Access application on the
server that is accessed through the Citrix Program
Neighborhood. The problem I have is that when the users
do not log off of Citrix properly the .ldb file locks and
other users are not able to log on. Is there anything I
can do to keep this from happening?

Try splitting the app into client (forms, reports, modules) and server
(tables)
then give each user their own mdb or mde for the client part. this way you
only ever have one user using each mde and hence no problems with .ldb files
